Don't forget to hydrate from the outside too. Get in the habit of applying moisturizer (for your face and your body) once or twice each day, and especially don't forget to apply it the morning of your photo session. Moisturizer plumps and smooths your skin to minimize fine lines and wrinkles.

No matter what you choose for your photoshoot wardrobe, you also want to think about what to wear before your session. Steer clear of any clothes that might leave marks or indents on your skin so you have that nice smooth look when you step in front of the camera.
